Job Details: Job Description: This position must be capable of performing all jobs in the Further Processing area (MRB). And any other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Job Synopsis: This position will be responsible for filling any daily staffing needs in the Further Processing area. Utility will report to production management at the beginning of each shift and await job assignment.

• Ability to perform a variety of production and support roles within the assigned department
• Ability to operate machinery, tools, and equipment as required
• Ability to complete Tyson paperwork accurately
• Ability to communicate with plant management, supervisors, and other team members in person and via radio
• Ability to provide relief breaks and cover staffing needs as assigned
• Ability to follow safety, quality, and production standards

Must have 3 months operator experience listed.
