Full job description

Description:

The Human Resources Manager serves as a business partner to assigned clients, providing support in all HR related areas, including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, immigration, benefits, compensation, training and other company and community events and outreach. In addition, the HR manager may also have supervisory responsibility for receptionist, HR representatives and or HR administrator.

Essential Functions:

  • Counsel supervisors and managers on performance management, disciplinary actions, terminations;

  • Manage full cycle recruitment process; including metrics compilation

  • Foster a conducive working environment through employee relations activities and communication

  • Ensure compliance and take care of regulatory concerns and reporting;

  • Assist Benefits Manager with disability, FMLA communications and tracking

  • Provide support and training for Time and Attendance system (Kronos) to employees and managers

  • Process all client terminations along with data compilation during exit interviews.

  • Prepare the annual AAP for their designated group(s) in conjunction with legal review to ensure compliance

  • Prepare and complete the annual submissions of the EEO and Vets- 100a reports

  • Administration of E-verify ensuring that all new hires are entered and authorized to work in the US

  • Partner with Immigration Specialist to file work visas as it pertains to employee sponsorships
