The 10 Week Accelerate Internship Program consists of:

  • Learning the ins and outs of your department

  • Professional development workshops

  • Hear from our leaders to learn more about our business

  • Network with our senior leadership team

  • Visit our field operations to learn how your team influences our daily operations

What you’ll do:

  • Support the design and implementation of key initiatives throughout the talent and performance processes

  • Develop resources and benchmarking best practices

  • Assist in the development and facilitation of learning and development programs

  • Support key inclusion initiatives

What we’re looking for:

  • Ability to work 40 hours a week

  • Active enrollment at college/university

  • Student completing their junior year working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field

Skills you should bring to the table:

  • Excellent analytical ability and great attention to detail

  • Highly familiar with project management principles. Comfortable with developing and executing a project plan.

  • Ability and desire to manage change and own communication between stakeholders

  • An enthusiastic team player who thrives in a collaborative environment

  • Communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Strong interpersonal, organization, and time management skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency

  • Contribute positively to the organization, both individually and as part of a team

  • Proficient MS Excel and intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills

  • AI experience is a plus

The hourly rate for this position is $30 an hour.
