Job Description: A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager. Position Type: Full-Time, Contract to Hire Duration: 3 months Location: Littleton CO 80120 (Onsite) As a Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager, you will: Develop and execute high-impact sourcing strategies for marketing, digital sales, and related categories Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, delivering measurable cost optimization and performance improvements Negotiate and manage complex supplier contracts, balancing speed-to-market with long-term business and legal considerations Partner closely with cross-functional teams including Business Units, Legal, and Finance to align sourcing strategies with organizational goals Analyze spend data to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic advantages Present data-driven supplier recommendations to senior stakeholders Standardize sourcing processes to ensure compliance, ethical practices, and scalability Leverage AI-driven procurement tools and analytics platforms to support proactive, strategic sourcing decisions. The ideal candidate will have: Strong expertise in marketing sourcing, including agency, media, and creative services procurement Proven ability to negotiate complex contracts and influence stakeholders in high-risk or high-value scenarios Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting spend data and driving optimization strategies Experience collaborating with legal teams on contract drafting and refinement Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Demonstrated commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible supplier management Familiarity with AI tools and emerging technologies in procurement and sourcing Master's degree (MBA or related field) preferred Minimum 7 years of experience in strategic sourcing, supply chain, or related field Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related discipline Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
