Job Summary:

Humano is hiring an Operations Site Manager to lead our 3rd shift unloading operation at a distribution center for a leading national off-price retailer in Houston, TX. You'll own the shift: leading a team of associates unloading freight onto a conveyor line, hitting productivity and safety goals, and keeping the client relationship strong.

Job Duration: Full-time, salaried position

Compensation and Schedule:

  • Salary: $80,000 per year

  • Shift: 3rd shift, 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM

  • Schedule: 5-6 shifts a week

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of warehouse or distribution leadership experience, including direct supervision of hourly teams

  • Experience with trailer unloading, conveyor operations, or high-volume inbound environments

  • Proven ability to drive productivity, attendance, and safety results

  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working directly with client leadership

  • Experience tracking labor, productivity, and performance metrics (Excel or similar)

  • Able to work overnight shifts and a weekend schedule

  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen (excluding THC) and background check, and complete E-Verify

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, schedule, and develop associates unloading freight to the conveyor line

  • Own shift productivity, labor planning, and daily performance reporting

  • Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

  • Serve as the main point of contact for client leadership on your shift

  • Partner with recruiting on staffing needs, interviews, and new hire onboarding

  • Coach, train, and hold associates accountable for attendance and performance

  • Resolve issues on the floor quickly and professionally, including de-escalating conflicts
