Summary
You will serve as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Maritime Analysis Department of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.
Duties
- You will be responsible to represent the Command to advise and decide on matters of fleet support and allowance policies to support such objectives.
- You will evaluate, execute, and propose strategic requirements for maritime and support equipment materials distributed to command ships and shore stations, ensuring logistical readiness during military operations for prescribed endurance periods.
- You will be responsible for requirements determination for maritime afloat and shore inventories.
- You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates, set and adjust short-term priorities, and prepare schedules for completion of work.
Qualifications
I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-12) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must include the following: 1) Knowledge of NAVSUP operations, weapons systems support, and the integration of various logistics and supply functions; 2) Understanding of allowance preparation, and data processing, as well as Price-sensitive FLSIP, Readiness Based Sparing (RBS), MBPS (CDMD-OA), RADWEB, RSupply, ReMAD, Readiness Suite, Standard Allowance File (SAF), ASI, T-ART, and SACHF; 3) Experience in Supply Chain Management (SCM) including but not limited to the ability to analyze fleet usage data to determine, modify, and prepare allowance packages for supplies and equipment; 4) Communication skills demonstrated by the ability to produce clear, organized written and oral communications, team collaboration and leading team environments to work effectively and foster collaboration across diverse groups.
