This position is responsible for the performance,facilitation,and supervision of apparel and insignia items for all locations of the Wildcat Store. In correlation with the Wildcat Store Director and Associate Director,develops the overall operational strategy for the store and implements operational plans to drive sales,profitability,productivity,and customer satisfaction. Ensures that store goals,sales events,projects,and staffing needs are met and adhere to approved budgets.
