M-F 6A-2P We are searching for an experienced Wound Care Nurse who is resident and family focused, a team builder, and excited about the opportunity to assist in building a high-performing team and culture. The primary purpose of this role is to maintain skin integrity, administer physician-prescribed treatments, and ensure accurate documentation in accordance with professional standards. Qualifications for Wound Care Nurse: - Valid Texas Nurse License. - Valid CPR Certification. - Minimum of one year of experience in a wound care capacity in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or other related healthcare program. - Education, training, experience, or certification in infection control and prevention. - Must possess knowledge of long-term care operational standards as set forth in the Federal Register, Conditions of Participation and State regulations.
