As the Development & Communications Assistant , you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

Process and accurately enter donations into the development database, ensuring gifts and donor information are recorded in a timely manner.

Prepare and mail donor acknowledgment and thank-you letters, ensuring donors receive prompt and accurate recognition of their support.

Assist with maintaining accurate and up-to-date donor records and database information, including data entry and updates.

Assist with donor stewardship activities, including donor correspondence, follow-up, invitations, and other communications.

Assist with database reporting, including preparing donor lists, reports, and other information needed by the Development team.

Assist with the development, proofreading, editing, and preparation of communications and marketing materials, including newsletters, appeals, publications, and correspondence.

Assist with social media and digital communications in support of fundraising campaigns, events, and organizational initiatives.
Development & Communications Assistant Minimum Salary: $ 22.00/hour
Development & Communications Assistant Maximum Salary: $25.00/hour
Development & Communications Coordinator Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 4PM (35 hours/week)
Qualifications:

Associates Degree in Marketing or a related field

1-3 years of relevant experience
-
Valid driver’s license, proof of current car insurance and registration and access to a reliable, working vehicle
