Summary

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY IT SPECIALIST (PLCYPLN) in the N6 DIVISION of COMMODORE SPECIAL WARFARE GRP ONE.

Duties

  • You will responsible for the leadership, supervision, oversight, innovation, and integration of many important IT initiatives, services, projects, and programs.
  • You will evaluate customer requirements and direct the development of plans to deliver solutions based on availability of funds, manpower, and compatibility issues.
  • You will improve work methods and procedures used to accomplish work in support of mission objectives.
  • You will oversee the development of technical data, estimates, statistics, suggestions, and other information useful to higher level managers in determining which goals and objectives to emphasize.
  • You will plan and establish the work schedules, deadlines, and standards for acceptable work; coordinate and integrate contractor work schedules and processes with work of subordinates or others.
  • You will hear and resolve complaints from employees, referring group grievances and more serious unresolved complaints to a higher-level supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Implementing project management, inventory/asset management, IT resources management, life cycle management, configuration management and identity management; serving as a contracting officer representative and managing of Major Force Program budget/funds and Capital Equipment Replacement Program; and executing accountability, problem solving, and development of personnel. In addition to the above listed qualifications, your experience must also reflect skill in the following areas: attention to detail, customer service, oral communication, and problem solving.
