Full job description

Adecco Healthcare is working with our client in Beverly Hills, CA to hire a Registered Nurse for their elite Beverly Hills plastic surgery practice led by an internationally recognized, board-certified plastic surgeon specializing in advanced aesthetic, reconstructive, and gender-affirming care.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Plastic Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic surgical and aesthetic practice. The RN will provide exceptional patient care throughout the surgical journey, including pre-operative education, post-operative recovery, and cosmetic procedure support. This role requires strong clinical judgment, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Pay Range: $49-$56+/hour DOE

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, monitor, and care for patients undergoing cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery procedures

  • Conduct pre-operative patient evaluations and provide education regarding procedures, recovery expectations, and post-operative care

  • Assist surgeons during in-office procedures and treatments

  • Monitor patients during recovery and evaluate post-operative outcomes

  • Administer medications, injections, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered

  • Perform wound care, dressing changes, and surgical drain management

  • Educate patients on post-surgical instructions, medications, and follow-up care

  • Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

  • Coordinate patient appointments, follow-up visits, and surgical schedules

  • Ensure compliance with infection control, patient safety, and HIPAA regulations

  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, patient-centered environment

Qualifications

  • Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing

  • Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)

  • Previous experience in Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Dermatology, Ambulatory Surgery, PACU, OR, or Surgical Services preferred

  • Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

  • Knowledge of cosmetic procedures, surgical recovery, and patient education

  • Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment

Pay Details: $49.00 to $56.00 per hour
