Full job description

About Persona Persona is the configurable identity platform built for businesses in a digital-first world. Verifying individuals and organizations is harder — but more important — than ever, with AI enabling fraudsters to launch sophisticated accounts at scale and regulations evolving rapidly. We’ve built Persona to support practically every use case and industry — that’s why we’re able to serve a wide range of leading companies. For example, Reddit relies on Persona for age assurance and verification to comply with online safety regulations, protecting younger users while maintaining a seamless experience. Meanwhile, OpenAI relies on Persona to keep bad actors out, protecting one of the world’s most powerful AI platforms from large-scale abuse in a time when AI is reshaping the way we work and live. We’re growing rapidly and looking for exceptional people to join us! About the Role As a Product Deployment Strategist, you'll help customers translate complex identity and fraud challenges into effective solutions using Persona. You'll work alongside customer account teams, Solutions Engineers, and partner across Product/Engineering/Design, and Fraud to support implementations, analyze performance, and help customers get lasting business value from our platform. With mentorship from industry experts and a supportive, collaborative environment, you'll make bold decisions that drive impact at a high-growth startup. Best fit for

  • Someone with 1-2 years of experience in consulting, professional services, customer success, or an equivalent role.

  • Someone curious to learn the ins and outs of a highly technical product.

  • Someone looking to level up their career alongside some of the brightest minds in the industry.

What you’ll do at Persona

  • Consult with customers: You’ll be staffed on a team that helps executives at leading companies ensure they are driving maximum value from our platform. You will build leadership skills by participating in key customer engagements, including implementations, business reviews, and all recurring touch points.

  • Translate customer goals into solutions: Learn customers’ business objectives, identity and fraud use cases, and operational constraints. Partner with account teams and Solutions Engineers to turn those needs into product recommendations and deployment plans.

  • Support implementations and ongoing optimization: Help customers launch and improve verification experiences and workflows, coordinating requirements, testing, milestones, and follow-through with technical partners.

  • Use data to drive recommendations: Conduct audits and analyze customer performance to identify opportunities for improvement. Translate findings into actionable recommendations tailored to each customers' goals.

What you'll gain at Persona

  • A structured program: You'll join a dedicated cohort with hands-on onboarding to Persona's platform. You'll then be placed on live customer accounts alongside experienced team members.

  • Impactful contributions: You will become an expert in Persona’s platform products and future offerings, and directly inform Persona’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy. You will be empowered to make changes to our processes, engagements, and product as the ones working most closely with our customers.

  • Holistic support and growth: Alongside 1:1 mentorship from seasoned professionals, you’ll have access to abundant resources to help you be successful.

  • Leadership development: You’ll build relationships with Persona’s executives, made up of former Square, Dropbox, and Coursera alumni. Persona offers an environment heavily focused on learning and development, with opportunities for growth and career advancement.

What you’ll bring to Persona

  • A growth mindset: You have a demonstrated love for learning and adaptability to ambiguity. You are eager to give and receive constructive and positive feedback, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: You can effectively convey complex concepts to different audiences.

  • Strong interpersonal skills: You have a genuine desire to provide exceptional customer experiences and contribute to a customer’s success.

  • Empathy: You can understand and manage the needs of others, and build an environment where others feel understood.

  • Curiosity: You have a passion for learning and embracing new challenges in an ever changing environment.

  • Technical aptitude: You have a desire and ability to learn complex technical concepts (technical background a plus!)
