Current and unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse license in West Virginia. Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program. Current CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain certification within the required timeframe. Obtain and document patient vital signs, health histories, medication information, and other relevant clinical information. Assist providers and other clinical staff with patient care.
