Job Summary
The SASE business unit is a primary hyper-growth engine for Palo Alto Networks within a multi-billion-dollar market. As the Director, Product GTM focused on SD-WAN, you will serve as the strategic bridge between Product Management, Product Marketing, Global Sales, and our Enterprise Customers. You will own the end-to-end commercialization and scaling strategy for our Next-Gen Prisma SD-WAN portfolios by defining multi-quarter GTM priorities and orchestrating specialized field enablement. Operating with an executive General Manager mindset, you will accelerate pipeline and ARR growth, unblock strategic enterprise deals, and present our solution vision to C-level executives.
Key Responsibilities

Architect global go-to-market strategy for SD-WAN, aligning product roadmap milestones with commercial sales execution.

Track, analyze, and optimize business performance metrics like pipeline creation, win/loss rates, and ARR growth.

Present business health readouts and operational recommendations to business unit executive leadership.

Partner with Product Management and Pricing teams to refine solution packaging and monetization strategies.

Lead, recruit, and develop a high-performing team of GTM strategists and professionals.

Foster a culture of high accountability, innovation, and continuous professional growth within the team.

Design and deploy high-impact sales plays and qualification frameworks across direct sales and channel partners.

Lead regular execution cadences across Product, Marketing, and Sales Operations for unified campaign execution.

Act as a premier solution evangelist, delivering visionary presentations to C-level buyers.

Serve as an executive sponsor on marquee enterprise opportunities to shape architecture vision.

Represent the SD-WAN narrative at industry conferences, customer advisory boards, and analyst interactions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications
-
10+ years of progressive professional experience in Enterprise Tech Go-to-Market (Product GTM, GTM Strategy, or Business Operations).

Deep Subject Matter Expertise: Proven experience leading the end-to-end commercialization and scaling of Enterprise Networking / SD-WAN portfolios at a major technology provider.

Executive Presence: Capability to partner with, align, and present GTM strategy to BU executive leadership (VPs/SVPs).

Matrix Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional execution across Product, Sales, and Marketing without direct authority to hit ARR targets.

Customer & Industry Evangelism: Extensive experience delivering visionary presentations to C-level buyers (CIOs, CISOs, CTOs) and representing the business at major industry forums.

Business Telemetry: Advanced ability to translate bookings data, pipeline health, and competitive intelligence into actionable business strategy.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or experience in a leadership track at a top management consulting firm (focused on Tech/SaaS) is highly desirable.
Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/com-missioned roles) is expected to be the annual range listed below. $221,900.00 - $304,500.00/yr
