We are looking for an innovative, energetic, and transformational Global Asset Recovery Advisor.

The Global Asset Recovery Advisor is responsible for managing Vylor's global surplus asset disposition program. This role coordinates the identification, evaluation, transfer, sale, donation, and disposal of assets no longer required by business functions and sites worldwide. The position works closely with Finance, Legal, Public Affairs, Cost Center Owners, site leadership, and regional stakeholders to maximize asset value recovery while ensuring compliance with corporate policies and financial controls.

Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Gro w!

Asset Recovery Management

  • Administer the corporate Asset Recovery program and Asset Recovery Site (ARS).

  • Evaluate surplus assets and determine appropriate disposition strategies.

  • Manage global asset recovery activities from submission through final closure.

  • Monitor asset status and maintain accurate asset records and documentation.

Disposition Strategy & Execution

  • Determine and execute disposition strategies including:

  • Internal transfer.

  • Direct sales.

  • Corporate auction.

  • Third-party auction.

  • Donation.

  • Scrap or recycling

  • Coordinate approvals and stakeholder engagement throughout the disposition process.

  • Support logistics and asset transition activities with local sites and business functions.

Financial & Asset Accounting Support

  • Prepare invoices and sales documentation.

  • Track proceeds from asset sales and donations.

  • Coordinate receipt and deposit of funds.

  • Support asset retirement activities and ensure asset registers are updated accurately.

  • Partner with Finance teams regarding fixed and non-fixed asset accounting requirements.

Compliance & Governance

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and delegated authority approvals.

  • Verify asset information and financial records before disposition.

  • Coordinate review and approval processes involving Finance, Legal, Public Affairs, and business leadership when required.

  • Maintain audit-ready documentation of transactions and approvals.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for surplus asset questions and guidance.

  • Collaborate with site leaders, cost center owners, procurement, finance, and external buyers.

  • Provide training, support materials, and process guidance to employees submitting assets for recovery.

  • Work with global and in-country stakeholders to facilitate asset sales and transfers.

Reporting & Continuous Improvemen t

  • Track key performance indicators related to asset sales, transfers, donations, and disposals.

  • Report asset recovery performance and value realization to leadership.

  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, compliance, and value recovery.

  • Maintain process documentation, job aids, and training resources.

Education and Experience – What you will bring to the table!

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Supply Chain, Real Estate, Operations, or related field, or equivalent experience.

  • Experience managing projects and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Strong organizational, financial, and analytical skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and enterprise business systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with asset management, fixed assets, facilities, procurement, or supply chain operations.

  • Knowledge of SAP and asset accounting processes.

  • Experience coordinating auctions, sales, donations, or disposition programs.

  • Experience supporting global operations and international stakeholders.
