IOS Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking an iOS Engineer to develop, enhance, and support production mobile applications. This role will work within an existing codebase and partner closely with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new functionality, troubleshoot production issues, and improve application reliability and performance.

Responsibilities -Design, develop, test, and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI/UIKit. -Build and support integrations with REST APIs and backend services. -Troubleshoot production issues across mobile applications, APIs, integrations, and data. -Work within existing, larger codebases to enhance functionality and resolve technical issues. -Support application releases using Xcode, TestFlight, App Store Connect, and CI/CD pipelines. -Partner with product, design, backend, and cloud engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle. -Leverage logging, tracing, and APM solutions such as New Relic to diagnose application issues.

Skills and Requirements

-3+ years of software or mobile engineering experience. -Strong hands-on iOS development experience with Swift and SwiftUI and/or UIKit. -Experience with asynchronous programming using Combine and/or async/await. -Experience integrating and troubleshooting REST APIs. -Experience supporting and troubleshooting production applications. -Ability to diagnose issues across applications, APIs, integrations, and SQL/data layers. -Experience working within established, larger codebases. -Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
