You Are:
An experienced WFS Scheduling Functional Lead with a strong track record of delivery, a passion for continuous learning, and a drive to grow and scale our Talent Connected Solutions business. You bring deep functional expertise, leadership capability, and a proactive mindset to support both clients and internal teams.
The Work:

You will be responsible for planning and leading the implementation of all activities for a specific business function to enhance performance from end to end. This includes: ensuring alignment with business requirements through process analysis, design or redesign, and organization structure definition.

You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions.

Provide solutions to problems that impact multiple teams is also a critical part of this role.

Develop detailed implementation plans that align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement to optimize business function performance.

Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of implementation activities.
-
Monitor progress and adjust strategies to address challenges and ensure successful delivery.
-
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, gather feedback, and foster collaboration.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
Here’s What You Need:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Time and Attendance module, functional
-
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Workforce Software Job Scheduling Module

Minimum of 1 end-to-end Workforce Software ADP implementation, including hands-on design

Professionals in this position should have deep Workforce Software Knowledge including but not limited to:

Functional Requirements gather in various modules. Time and Attendance, ACT, Job scheduling.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 8 years) work experience.
Bonus Points If:

You have team lead experience

You have external client-facing consulting experience

You have ADP integration Experience
-
You have ADP WFS time and attendance configuration / technical experience

You have other relevant ADP workforce software experience
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
