Physical Therapist (PRN) Weekends NOW OFFERING DAILY PAY!

Responsibilities Include:
The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services, provides patient treatment that meets patient needs, uses current treatment knowledge in accordance with clinical procedures. Writes accurate complete and clear documentation in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payor and accrediting requirements. Responsible for overseeing and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants.
Qualifications/Requirements:

Must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant college or university.

Must have a valid professional license and registration for state of FL
-
Provide comprehensive treatment to patients under supervision of Physical Therapist

Well versed with documentation writing

Document patient’s progress on weekly progress note in a timely fashion.

Collaborates with all disciplines to provide best patient centered treatment and care.

Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence
-
Report to work on time, adhere to scheduled hours and demonstrate professionalism at all times.

Experience in geriatric rehabilitation, adult neurological, cardiac or general rehabilitation preferred
-
Compliance with confidentiality, HIPPA and Federal Residents Rights.
Shift Needs:
- Per Diem
