Job Posting Overview / Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Testing & Release Management Specialist responsible for establishing clear entrance and exit criteria across multiple testing phases, assessing release health, coordinating test cycles, and providing data-driven release recommendations. The role will also focus on process optimization, release metrics, dashboards, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and enforce clear entrance and exit criteria across System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Load & Performance (L&P), and Dry Runs.

• Assess overall release health and provide data-driven Go/No-Go recommendations to program leadership.

• Coordinate release schedules, testing scope, environment readiness, and cross-team dependencies across multiple product teams.

• Lead daily triage meetings, track critical defects, and drive resolution of test data and environment blockers.

• Identify delivery bottlenecks and process waste to shorten test cycle turnaround times.

• Explore and apply modern workflow automation and AI-driven capabilities, such as smart test scoping and automated status reporting, to optimize the release lifecycle.

• Track and report core release metrics, including execution velocity, defect aging, pass/fail trends, and release risk profiles.

• Provide clear visibility through dashboards to keep stakeholders informed of progress, risks, and mitigations.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT.

• 5 years of experience in software testing.

• 3 years of experience in release management.

• Bachelor's Degree.

• Experience in Software Testing.

• Experience in Release Management.
