Title: Inventory Coordinator
Location: United States-Connecticut-Windsor
Job Number: 18666
The Inventory Coordinator working with direct supervision will process incoming and outgoing shipments to customers and repair vendor orders, ensure timely turnaround, as well as adherence to all AAR policies and procedures.
What you will be responsible for:

Maintain open and closed repair order files.

Track repair orders.
-
Process incoming orders to customers using designated systems.

Maintain an appropriate filing system to retrieve need paperwork.

Performs such individual assignments as supervisors and superiors may direct.

Ensures that adequate and continuous controls are exercised over all assigned activities affecting quality.

Must be able to input and extract information from inventory management system.

Follows defined administrative processes within functional department..

All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
What you will need to be successful in this role:
-
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
-
At least 1 year related experience and/or training is preferred.

Computer Literate: Word, Excel, and Crosstalk (IMOPS).
-
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors.
-
This position requires compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Candidates must be a U.S. Person as defined by ITAR (U.S. citizen, U.S. national, lawful permanent resident, or individual admitted as a refugee or granted asylum).
