We are looking for a strongsystem architect andtechnical leader to lead development teamswithin the Electronic Systems Countermeasure & Electromagnetic Attack Solutions Business Area. You will be responsible for the execution of RF system activities for the Compass Call Program.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to develop, lead, and motivate technical teams.

  • Experience leading software or systems program teams.

  • Top Secret Security Clearance (active within the past two years).

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, or related field, and minimum of 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience

  • Experience with systems engineering processes, methodologies, and tools.

  • Experience with Software Defined Radio Technology.

  • Experience with RF System design, development and deployment.

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

  • Experience developing systems for countermeasure and electronic attack solutions products, including electro-optic sensors and systems.

  • Strong communication skills

  • Software architectureexperience

  • Embedded software development

  • Full lifecycle development experience

  • System data analysis experience

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $149603 - $254317

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
