Join our team to architect and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions across Windows, Citrix, AWS, and Azure environments. As a Lead Infrastructure Engineer , you'll drive automation initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and design zero-trust architectures while emphasizing software engineering approaches to infrastructure management. Responsibilities

Architect and implement scalable, secure Windows, Citrix, AWS, and Azure environments using software engineering approaches emphasizing automation and zero-trust

Support and administer large-scale on-premise and multi-cloud hybrid infrastructure including identity and access management systems

Develop automation processes using PowerShell, Bash, and Python to streamline Windows/Azure technologies and security/compliance tools
-
Collaborate with Cybersecurity teams to drive security initiatives including threat management and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
-
Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) adoption through advocacy, implementation, and mentorship across the organization

Ensure comprehensive systems monitoring, alerting, and reporting for global infrastructure covering uptime, performance, and capacity management
Requirements
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
-
5+ years of Microsoft Windows experience including requirements development, systems design, integration, and validation
-
5+ years of Azure or AWS cloud experience implementing enterprise-scale identity management and hybrid automation solutions
-
Hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktop 7.x/DAAS/Gateway/NetScaler and Machine Creation Services (MCS) provisioning

Demonstrated proficiency with DevOps principles and automation tools including Python, PowerShell, Azure CLI, Terraform, and ARM templates

Experience with Active Directory, DNS, networking, virtualization, containerization, and Entra/Azure/AWS cloud services
-
Proven ability to design highly resilient solutions and present technical concepts to diverse audiences across varying seniority levels

Azure Solutions Architect Expert, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft certifications preferred
This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.
This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $110,000 - $155,000.
