Basic duties include: Providing individual and group counseling (you will have the flexibility to determine the clients with whom you work best) Administrative duties (note writing, chart maintenance, caseload management, scheduling, accepting calls from potential clients, etc.) Independently participating in ongoing professional development in the form of reading the latest research, books, articles, podcasts or attending workshops and trainings Abiding by the ACA's or NASW's Code of Ethics and applicable state laws Using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for consistent and effective interactions with clients, management, general public, and potential clients Demonstrating passion and commitment to the art of counseling while also practicing self-care Demonstrating ability to keep commitments (being reliable, dependable, and trustworthy in dealing with clients and LSCS management) Interested applicants will need to submit a cover letter and resume to Melissa Wesner.
