Key Responsibilities:

Doing the manual heavy lifting required by racking and maintaining hundreds of Mac NPI hardware and test devicesAssist the team engineers with their requests for regression or additional dataKeep track of hundreds of devices under test and peripheralsSet up hardware and perform regular software updates to hardware under testIn Scope100 percent onsite role with no option for remote work Must be onsite during working hours to support engineers as needed and to execute testsUnboxing and racking up to several dozen DUTs peripherals and other units under test on a daily basisManually preparing hardware to be tested via automated frameworks by placing cabling configuring and scanning test devices and equipmentTearing down racks in a quick and efficient manner to allow rack space to be used by other projectsBe available onsite in the labs for troubleshooting issues and assisting engineers when problems ariseMaintain lab test equipment and infrastructure as requested by the teamPrioritize tasks and communicate with team members to identify the correct order of tasks Must alert team members with ample notice if unable to complete assigned tasks on timeCategorize and keep track of test peripherals in the lab using internal toolsOngoing documentation of test processes for future referenceWorking on manual tasks required for maintaining or setting up new lab spacesSuccess CriteriaCritical feedback is accepted and changes are made to improve if neededAll requests in the queue are performed in a timely manner within defined deadlinesClear and timely communication with the teamRequests for support from the team are handled in a timely manner and correctly based on available instructions and attention to detailTechnical RequirementsKnowledge of Mac hardwareStrong troubleshooting skillsHigh level of comfort using Terminal and bashStrong attention to detailStrong time management skillsStrong communication skills

Basic Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience in Test Infrastructure Set up expertise for Stability Lab environments

• Troubleshoot software Hardware issues for Mac, IPhone, IPad, GPUs CPUs

• Expected to be able to pick hardware equipment up to 50lbs

• Manually prepare hardware to be tested

• High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills

• Experience working in an Apple test environment

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
