Job Description

Humana Inc. seeks a Senior Full Stack Engineer in Louisville, KY.

Duties:

  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions.

  • Code software applications based on business requirements.

  • Develop fully fledged platforms which do not need other applications to function.

  • Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design.

  • Write effective APIs and technical documentation.

  • Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.

  • Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade software.

  • Create security and data protection settings.

  • Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design.

  • Work in a Scrum/Agile type environment and deliver upon assigned work in a timely manner over the course of an iterative project time-table.

  • Be available for execution or support of production turns.

  • Provide expertise to influence project, initiative, and maintenance technical direction during discovery, planning, and implementation stages.

  • Maintain modern development standards with best-practice approaches and development processes.

100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, plus 7 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer or related role.

Requires 7 years of experience in each of the following:

  • HTML5,

  • CSS3,

  • Javascript(ES6),

  • ASP.Net MVC,

  • Security scans,

  • Sonarqube.

Requires 6 years of experience in each of the following:

  • Vue JS,

  • Typescript.

Requires 4 years of experience with Building APIs and microservices.

Requires 2 years of experience with Content Management System - AEM.

Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.
