Role Summary

Join the Order Management team supporting the Siemens Smart Infrastructure Electrification and Automation, Power Protection and Automation business at the new PACS facility in Wendell, North Carolina. You will help coordinate customer orders across SIPANEL engineered panel production, SIPROTEC 5 device production, and the SIPROTEC Return and Repair Center.

Working with experienced order-management professionals, you will maintain accurate order information, track milestones, and connect updates from engineering, procurement, production, quality, logistics, repair operations, and finance. You will learn how customer commitments become practical factory priorities.

This entry-level role is designed for a recent graduate or early-career professional who is ready to build experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and customer delivery. You will begin with defined orders and standard processes, with coaching and increasing ownership as your skills grow.

The ideal candidate is organized, curious, responsive, and comfortable working with data and multiple priorities. This is an individual-contributor role and does not include direct people-management responsibility.

You Will Make an Impact By

  • Supporting assigned customer orders from acceptance and planning through production or repair, shipment, invoicing readiness, and closure.

  • Entering and maintaining accurate sales-order, production-order, repair, requirement, and delivery information in SAP and related systems.

  • Tracking order milestones, material availability, documentation, testing, quality status, and shipment readiness using standard reports and team routines.

  • Coordinating routine status updates with engineering, material planning, production, testing, quality, logistics, repair operations, and finance.

  • Supporting SIPANEL project orders and SIPROTEC 5 production and return-and-repair orders using established processes and guidance.

  • Identifying missing information, delivery risks, or data issues and escalating them promptly with clear facts and documented follow-up.

  • Preparing backlog, past-due, material-readiness, schedule, repair-turnaround, and delivery-status updates for operating reviews.

  • Communicating order changes and action items clearly while keeping records current and following through on assigned commitments.

  • Learning PACS products, SAP workflows, factory processes, and standard work while contributing ideas that improve data accuracy and handoffs.
