Present technical strategies, architecture proposals, and modernization roadmaps to customer IT leadership, acquisition business function leaders, and executive stakeholders, translating technical complexity into business value. Mentor and develop architects and senior technical staff, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and continuous learn
