Full job description

Description We are looking for a Tech Recruiter to lead hiring efforts for technical talent in Oakland Park, Florida. This role is ideal for someone who can engage effectively with engineering candidates and collaborate closely with hiring managers to attract strong talent across a range of technology disciplines. You will help shape recruiting plans, maintain a positive candidate journey, and support thoughtful hiring decisions in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment activities, including talent sourcing, outreach, screening, interview coordination, and offer support for technical positions.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, define candidate profiles, and build targeted hiring approaches for open positions.

  • Identify and attract professionals across software engineering, development, architecture, DevOps, cloud, and related technical specialties.

  • Draft engaging job advertisements and expand visibility for openings through job boards, industry communities, and digital channels.

  • Proactively connect with passive talent using LinkedIn, networking platforms, referral channels, and recruiting tools.

  • Conduct initial candidate conversations to assess technical background, qualifications, and overall alignment with role requirements.

  • Organize interview logistics and guide candidates through each stage to ensure a smooth and positive experience.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective candidates to support both immediate openings and future workforce needs.

  • Monitor recruiting pipelines, activity levels, and hiring data to measure progress and improve search effectiveness.

  • Represent candidate interests while providing hiring teams with clear, balanced insights to support sound selection decisions. Requirements • At least 4 years of experience managing full-cycle recruitment, with a primary emphasis on technical hiring.

  • Demonstrated success recruiting for roles such as software engineers, developers, architects, or DevOps professionals.

  • Solid understanding of technical teams, development environments, programming concepts, and modern technology stacks.

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure recruiting; experience hiring within specialized technical environments is highly valued.

  • Practical experience using social platforms and direct sourcing methods to engage passive candidates.

  • Ability to create and execute effective recruiting strategies aligned with business hiring goals.

  • Strong communication, relationship management, organizational, and prioritization skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
