Who You Are:

You are a cross-Financial Services skilled senior Data 360 and AI Architect within Accenture’s Financial Services Salesforce Business Group practice. You design enterprise-scale solutions at the intersection of Salesforce Data 360, Agentforce, and Financial Services platforms in Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance — and you do it in high-stakes environments where architecture decisions shape multi-year client programs.

You own end-to-end technical architecture across Data 360, identity resolution, agentic AI design, and CRM integration patterns. You contribute from pre-sale through delivery: shaping proposals, leading design sessions, reviewing builds, and ensuring what gets built holds up at scale. You are equally effective in a client boardroom and a technical design review.

The Work:

  • Data 360 architecture — own end-to-end design of Data 360 solutions including data model, ingestion strategy, identity resolution, unified profiles, segmentation, and real-time activation for FS clients.

  • Agentforce & Voice AI — architect agentic AI solutions across Banking, Capital Markets, & Insurance — including Agentforce Voice deployments, multi-agent orchestration, and AI workflow design.

  • Data 360 strategy — define customer 360 strategies that unify structured and unstructured data across Salesforce and third-party sources into actionable intelligence.

  • CRM integration architecture — design integration patterns between Data 360, Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms; provide architecture governance across workstreams.

  • Pre-sale solutioning — lead technical response for RFPs and orals; translate complex AI and data architectures into clear client narratives; own architecture sections of proposals.

  • Design governance — conduct solution design reviews, set architecture standards across delivery teams, and manage technical risk across programs.

  • Team leadership — mentor architects and technical analysts; guide build quality, code reviews, and delivery standards.

  • Practice development — contribute reusable architecture patterns, accelerators, and Financial Services specific AI use case frameworks to the broader practice.

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive Salesforce architecture experience across full-lifecycle implementations in consulting environments.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience with Data 360 and deep expertise in data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and Data 360 governance patterns.

  • Minimum of 1 year of Agentforce and hands-on experience architecting Agentforce solutions, AI-powered workflows, and/or Voice AI deployments.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in designing enterprise integrations across CRM, data, marketing, and external platforms (MuleSoft, REST/SOAP, event-driven patterns).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience.

Bonus Points:

  • Salesforce Financial Services Cloud or equivalent Financial Services CRM platforms and their use cases.

  • Demonstrated experience influencing client stakeholders and building trusted client relationships.

  • Architecture experience with Agentforce Voice, contact center AI, or conversational AI platforms in Financial Services contexts.

  • Experience designing omnichannel engagement solutions combining Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and agentic content generation.

  • Salesforce Certified System Architect, Data Cloud Consultant, Agentforce Specialist, AI Associate, or Certified Application Architect.

  • Experience with headless or composable CRM architecture patterns.

  • Experience leading technical delivery across onshore/offshore distributed teams.
