Full job description

You've Never Been Satisfied with "Good Enough."

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next.

THE WORK:

  • You’ll lead the Landscape Unit’s staff, projects, programs and activities, providing technical direction for the planning, design, development and implementation of landscape architecture and greening projects.

  • You’ll oversee consultant landscape architects and other design professionals working on landscape architecture, greening, irrigation, grading and related projects.

  • You’ll serve as Landscape Architect of Record for District-designed projects, taking professional responsibility for preparing, reviewing, coordinating and certifying plans, specifications and related technical documents.

  • You’ll plan and direct complex landscape architectural projects involving site planning, greening, irrigation systems, grading, planting, hardscape and related site improvements.

  • You’ll lead in-house landscape architecture, greening and land-use planning projects and supervise the development and coordination of drawings, specifications, construction documents and design revisions.

  • You’ll develop, review, negotiate and process design-service proposals, scopes of work, task orders and consultant documents for landscape architecture and greening services.

  • You’ll coordinate with school principals, teachers, parent groups, nonprofit organizations and other community stakeholders, evaluate their input and incorporate appropriate requirements into project development.

  • You’ll conduct site visits and field investigations, review construction progress, resolve design and technical issues, assess costs and delivery methods, and advise project teams on constructability, maintainability, sustainability, accessibility, safety and compliance.

  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships.
