Wallenpaupack Area School District is looking for substitute teacher assistants for grades, district-wide. Becoming a substitute teacher assistant is the best way to become a full-time teacher assistant, which would include competitive salary, full family benefits package, and enrollment into a pension system-PSERS (Public School Employee Retirement System). The requirements for teacher assistants include: 1. Minimum of a High School Diploma/ GED, Associate Degree Preferred 2. Effective interpersonal and communication skills 3. Team-player who thrives with collaborating with others
