  • Respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) by leading analysis efforts, coordinating subject matter experts, and delivering timely and accurate products to stakeholders.

  • Analyze system performance data and translate technical findings into executive-level briefings and actionable recommendations.

  • Track system requirements, software changes, program milestones, and technical impacts to ensure alignment with mission objectives.

  • Identify program risks, technical challenges, and opportunities for process improvements, developing mitigation strategies and corrective actions as needed.

  • Prepare and present project updates, technical briefings, and performance assessments to U.S. Government customers, operational users, and senior leadership.

  • Support business growth initiatives, including technical proposal development, project planning, resource estimation, and capture activities.

  • Mentor junior analysts and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, Systems Engineering, or a related STEM field plus 10 years of experience supporting Missile Defense System Analysis, program execution, or related defense operations.

  • Demonstrated experience leading projects, coordinating teams, or managing complex technical efforts.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, including experience briefing senior leaders and customers.

  • Ability to travel up to 15%.
