Full job description

Who We Are Sprints is a rapidly scaling athletic gear brand with a mission to make funner gear for athletes. Ranging from headwear to apparel and accessories, Sprints has become known for its iconic patterns, bold colorways and deep belief that performance and style are equally important for today's athlete.

The Role As our Marketing Associate, Events, you'll bring Sprints to run clubs and races across the country. You'll take our Run Club Takeover Tour on the road, run our flagship events, and make sure every runner who shows up leaves a fan. You'll work alongside our Brand Manager and own how our events come together, from the first plan to the final recap.

What You'll Own

  • Run Club Takeover Tour: Leading every tour stop on-site and bringing our activation to life in each city while keeping it unmistakably Sprints
  • Flagship Events: Owning logistics and on-site execution for our major brand events, and helping drive registration
  • Planning and Logistics: Building the event calendar and handling travel, shipping, permits and vendors so we show up ready
  • Run Club Partnerships: Working with host clubs before, during and after each stop, and building lasting relationships across the running community
  • Content and Results: Capturing content at every event, growing our email and SMS list, and sharing what worked and what to change
  • Event Merch: Planning what we bring to each event and tracking what moves
  • Affiliates and Creators: Finding runners and creators at events who could join our affiliate program, and supporting the Brand Manager on paid collaborations

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: 1 to 3 years in event marketing, brand activations, field marketing or community building, ideally at a consumer brand
  • Running Community: You run or are part of the running community, and you know how run clubs work
  • On-Site Presence: High energy, comfortable on camera and with strangers, and able to lead volunteers and temp staff on event day
  • Organization: Stays organized under pressure and keeps a lot of moving pieces on track
  • Content: Comfortable shooting photo and video on your phone and posting in the moment
  • Travel: Willing to travel often and work nights and weekends
  • Driver's License: Valid driver's license required to drive the truck and gear

Who Thrives Here You love being out with a crowd of runners and you're the one who makes everyone feel welcome. You're happiest on the move, solving problems on the fly and handling the details before anyone notices them. You believe in making funner gear for athletes, and you want to be the one who brings that to every city on the tour.
