Associate Advisor

Description

A successful independent wealth management practice is seeking an Associate Advisor to support advisors and provide exceptional service to a growing client base. This role is ideal for an individual looking to grow into a lead advisory position while gaining hands-on experience in financial planning and wealth management.

Responsibilities include:

• Support advisors with client service and relationship management

• Prepare meeting materials, account paperwork, and financial planning reports

• Conduct investment and planning research

• Address client inquiries and assist with ongoing account maintenance

• Participate in client meetings and planning discussions

• Help ensure a high-touch client experience

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Series 7 and Series 66, or Series 7, 63 & 65

• CFP® not required, just a plus

• Financial services, wealth management, banking, or advisory experience preferred

• Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills

• Motivated to build a long-term career in financial planning and wealth management
