Job Description

  • Leads basic projects with a low corporate or functional priority.

  • Identifies the appropriate customer audience, their preferred communication channels, and potential customer response benchmarks.

  • Partners with products organization to deliver feedback on existing products and introduce potential products for future programs.

  • Provides product feedback and customer insight to support product development between various departments, stakeholders, business community, and lines of businesses.

  • Develops new tools, resources, communications or ways to improve processes.

  • Contributes to development of new moderate to complex products.

  • Analyzes work plan and schedules to reallocate resources or reprioritize program work.

  • Evaluates new products and equipment and keeps abreast of new products and/or equipment available in the market.

  • Reviews, monitors and controls backlog to ensure work is dispatched and completed efficiently.

  • High School or GED-General Educational Development-GED Diploma Education, Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience License/Certification

  • Agile Certification

  • Job-related experience, 2 years

  • Experience as Product Owner, Agile environment, 1 year

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and (Technical) Competencies:

  • Competency in developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

  • Knowledge of Agile software development principles, values, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques as needed to perform at the job level

  • Knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, which includes applying principles, techniques, and procedures to the design and production of technology-based equipment and systems, as needed to perform at the job level

  • Knowledge of workforce planning analytics theories, concepts, methods, best practices, and techniques as needed to perform at the job level

  • Ability to influence and lead behavior change

  • Competency in building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives

  • Competency in effectively building formal and informal relationship networks inside and outside the organization

  • Competency in applying knowledge of business and the marketplace to advance the organizations goals

Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $76,400-95,500 annually. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ. Certain positions may also be eligible for variable incentive compensation, such as bonuses or commissions, that is not included in the base pay.
