Job Description
An entertainment client is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Executive Support to join their team! This individual will be the primary owner of the executive technology experience for senior leaders across a global organization, delivering white-glove support, leading executive-priority incident response, and ensuring technology readiness for leadership meetings, board events, travel, and major business initiatives. They will manage a global executive support team, partner closely with executives, Executive Assistants, infrastructure teams, security teams, and external vendors, and personally lead executive-facing technology rollouts and adoption efforts. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with executive-level communication skills, ensuring leaders understand the purpose, impact, and expectations behind technology changes while maintaining a seamless support experience. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity located in Los Angeles, CA requiring 5 days onsite and approximately 20% domestic and international travel; compensation is flexible based on experience.
Skills and Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery, executive/VIP support, technical support, or end-user computing leadership.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical support or executive support teams.
- Demonstrated experience supporting C-suite executives and senior leadership teams in a white-glove executive support environment.
- Proven experience managing high-severity incidents and communicating directly with executive stakeholders throughout resolution.
- Experience leading global or multi-region support teams operating within extended-hours or follow-the-sun support models.
- Strong experience partnering directly with executives, Executive Assistants, and senior leadership teams.
- Hands-on experience leading executive-facing technology deployments, rollouts, and adoption initiatives.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom, Apple/Mac environments, Windows environments, endpoint management platforms (Intune, Jamf, or similar), and mobile device management.
- Working knowledge of identity and access management including SSO, MFA, conditional access, device compliance, and enterprise security principles.
- ITIL 4 Foundation certification with strong understanding of incident, problem, change, knowledge, and service-level management practices.
- Experience utilizing ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms along with AV/conferencing technologies.
- Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language for executive audiences.
- Experience supporting executive travel, leadership meetings, board meetings, and other high-visibility business events.
- Strong judgment, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential executive information.
- Proven ownership mentality with a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to leadership and support delivery.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally and provide flexible/on-call support for critical executive needs and events.
- ITIL 4 Practitioner or Managing Professional certification.
- Experience working within a large, complex global enterprise environment.
- Experience within media, entertainment, live events, or other fast-paced consumer-facing organizations. Not required.
- Experience designing executive support service models, service levels, escalation frameworks, and support coverage strategies.
- Experience developing and reporting executive support KPIs and service metrics.
- Experience utilizing automation, telemetry, and AI-assisted support tools to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Experience managing third-party vendors, managed service providers, hardware providers, or conferencing partners.
