2026-72027 Seasonal - Field REQUIREMENTS * Successful completion of the Income Tax Course1. Scholarships could be provided to complete this course, priority to military. *High school diploma / GED/ equivalent JOB DUTIES * Meet with clients to gather information and understand their tax situation * Prepare complete and accurate tax returns with training and support from experienced teammates * Explain tax information clearly and provide recommendations in a way clients can easily understand * Identify tax savings opportunities and recommend relevant products and services * Apply problem-solving skills to analyze client information and address questions or unique situations with guidance and available resources * Build strong client relationships and support office priorities through teamwork, collaboration, and a client-first approach * Comfort using digital tools and systems included AI based tools like Copilot and ChatGPT * Availability to work evenings and weekends during tax season WORD FROM THE EMPLOYER Our purpose is simple: To provide help and inspire confidence in our clients and communities everywhere.
