DESCRIPTION OF WORK This position provides nursing care and leadership to support the health and comfort of residents in a long term care setting. You will guide daily care, support communication, and ensure that nursing practices meet professional standards. As a Registered Nurse, you will perform the following duties: 1. Resident Care: Provide nursing treatment, monitor conditions, and update care plans based on resident needs 2. Medication Oversight: Dispense medications, review records, and check that assigned personnel follow proper procedures 3. Team Leadership: Guide staff, assign tasks, and address concerns to maintain safe and effective care 4. Communication Duties: Share important changes with supervisors, physicians, and families as needed 5. Safety Practices: Follow all safety rules, report hazards, and use required protective equipment 6. Positions are available on the following shifts: 3. 2nd shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) 4. 3rd shift (10:00 PM - 6:30 AM) 5. Lunch Period: 30 minutes 6. Working every other weekend is required. 7. Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position. 8. **Salary:**Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $93,888.00 (before taxes). 9.
