Maintenance Tecnician II

What You'll Be Doing No two days are the same. As a Maintenance Technician II, you'll be responsible for keeping our manufacturing equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently by: - Troubleshooting and repairing production equipment - Performing preventative maintenance to minimize downtime - Maintaining building systems and equipment - Diagnosing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical issues - Supporting continuous improvement initiatives - Completing maintenance documentation accurately - Collaborating with production teams to keep operations running smoothly - Traveling as needed to support business operations We're Looking for Someone Who: - Has 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment - Possesses strong mechanical troubleshooting abilities - Has experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems - Has electrical experience (a plus!) - Has knowledge of thermoforming equipment (a plus!) - Thinks creatively, works independently, and enjoys solving complex problems - Can prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment - Communicates well and works collaboratively with others Physical Requirements This position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, and crawling throughout the shift. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a manufacturing environment where hearing protection and other PPE are required. Schedule Flexibility is important.
