Standard Job Description

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Basic Qualifications

• 10 years minimum in Aerospace Manufacturing or Production environment

• Project Management

• Manufacturing Process development and Planning

• Sub-System installs and checkouts

• Technical manufacturing experience supporting development programs

• Secret Clearance required to apply

-Bachelors Degree

Desired Skills

-BA Degree technical degree

• Manufacturing Scheduling and Manpower assessment

• Manufacturing Engineering background or degree

-CAM experience

-Manufacturing technology development and application

-Coatings background

-First line leader experience

-Experience in briefing Customers and Executive leadership

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $178500.00 - $331500.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
