Full-time Monday to Friday, day shift 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Position will support the Cardiac Rehab department. Primary location will be in Royal Oak. Must be willing to travel to Troy location when needed.

Team member will process cardiac rehab referrals for all 7 cardiac rehab locations.

Job Summary

The Program Assistant provides assistance and support to our Cardiac Rehab facility.

Essential Functions

  • Data entry, clerical and computer tasks

  • Maintains the database

  • Files and copies paperwork/charts

  • Completes reports

  • Answers phones

  • Completes chart audits

  • Actively participates in safety initiatives and risk mitigating measures where appropriate and completes all position and unit safety related competencies and requirements on a timely basis.

  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma

Preferred

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook
