  • Partner with cross-functional teams, content providers, licensees, and retail partners to develop and approve products while addressing creative, technical, legal, cultural, sourcing, and business requirements.

  • Monitor competitors, product innovation, consumer behavior, seasonal trends, and the retail landscape to identify category opportunities and inform design direction.

  • Prioritize and manage multiple design projects and requests to meet deadlines and defined expectations.

  • Organize contractual samples for archival and maintain accurate product records.

  • Support setup and teardown for the quarterly Product Design Lab showroom and represent the team in relevant meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Working knowledge of hardlines and softlines product development, including raw materials, plastics, textiles, print and pattern, graphic composition, and manufacturing.

  • Demonstrated negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat, as well as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; Keynote experience preferred.

  • Product design capabilities including 3D design, technical design, sketching, art application and manipulation, final mechanical art, and fabric and trim identification.

Education:
