What You Will Do - This position supports the integrated care provided in Counseling and Health Services by supporting medical providers efforts to screen primary care patients for mental health conditions. - This position will provide, in cooperation with our health service and counseling services teams, implement and evaluate a course of action of each patient. - They will monitor patients' physical and emotional well-being and support referrals from primary care to counseling services. - This position will support our capacity to identify students with mental health concerns who may not present initially for counseling services. - It also supports our medical professionals whose capacity to screen for mental health conditions is hindered by overall demand and staffing. - Ultimately, this position supports the overall health of our university students through early identification and intervention.
