What You'll Do As a key member of our Water Wastewater Business Sector, you will: - Lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering water and wastewater infrastructure projects - Manage projects from planning and design through construction and implementation - Design water distribution, wastewater collection, pumping, storage, conveyance, and treatment systems - Collaborate with municipalities, utility districts, regulatory agencies, contractors, and project stakeholders - Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables - Ensure technical excellence and quality project execution - Mentor and develop junior engineers and technical staff - Build strong client relationships and support business development efforts - Help shape the future of communities throughout the region
