Senior Technical Program Manager - Engineering Service Delivery

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Sr Technical Program Manager to manage a highly technical program within the XR/AR space for a high level enterprise portfolio. This individual will: -Operate the single intake queue for all requests across the service towers. -Classify each request against the service catalogue with acceptance criteria fixed before work commences. -Schedule personnel together with rig, laboratory, and device capacity. -Own the delivery cadence, status reporting, and KPI/SLA tracking. -Coordinate directly with Google tower requesters on priority and scope. -Manage risks, dependencies, and escalations; drive resolution.

This role can pay between $80-95 depending on skillset and years of experience.

Skills and Requirements

-7–10+ years technical program/project management in engineering or software delivery. -Direct client-facing responsibility in a vendor or services environment. -Experience managing test, embedded, or platform engineering delivery teams. -Strong proficiency with intake/queue management, capacity planning, and KPI reporting. -Excellent written and verbal communication for customer-facing governance. -Prior experience in a managed-service or vendor-delivery construct -Consumer hardware, XR/AR, or device-program experience. -Background in test or platform engineering. -PMP or equivalent
