Vision - navigating the communication needs, how they support internal and external audiences, who can take this strategy and execute it (this person) Internal work is the heaviest (60%), but some external work (40%) Flagging risks to hiring manager Media relations/thought leadership

Skills and Requirements

Bachelor's Degree 8–10+ years of corporate communications experience, with demonstrated depth in internal communications and employee engagement and credible experience in external communications and PR Someone that can take internal customers (VPs, functional leads, senior management, building out and leading content work flows, branding, making sure they're sounding consistent) Background in PR - strategy execution & support - INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL EXPERIENCE in PR (open to titles) Experience supporting decision makers and senior leaders - someone who has represented them and truly has worked with high level people (HM needs someone who can attend meetings, bring back issues, and support the organization as needed)
