Qualifications & Requirements: Education: High school diploma or GED. Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in landscaping, groundskeeping, or general facility maintenance. Skills: Mechanical aptitude, ability to operate power equipment, basic math and communication skills, and attention to detail. Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, kneel, lift heavy items, and work outdoors in all weather conditions. Licenses: A valid driver's license is required.
