Serving as the member's dedicated single point of contact, the Benefit Pro assumes end-to-end ownership of the member journey across benefits, vendors, and life events, providing personalized guidance, proactive outreach, and resolution management from initial inquiry through successful outcome. The Benefit Pro leverages deep expertise in health and welfare benefits while providing basic information and navigation support for 401(k), pension, and other retirement benefit programs. Through coordination across carriers, healthcare providers, retirement specialists, vendors, and internal Alight teams, the Benefit Pro ensures a seamless, personalized experience that reduces member effort, minimizes handoffs, and delivers clear accountability every step of the way.
