Full job description
QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.
Responsibilities

Perform general document control and administrative support activities in an office environment.

Review, organize, and maintain documents and records.
-
Identify inactive or outdated documents for appropriate processing.
-
Scan and digitize inactive documents to support electronic record management.
-
Organize scanned documents and ensure files are properly identified and stored.
-
Assist with document filing, classification, and organization.
-
Maintain accurate and orderly physical and electronic records.
-
Handle confidential and sensitive documentation with discretion.
-
Support daily office activities and other administrative tasks as assigned.
-
Follow established procedures for document handling, scanning, filing, and record retention.

Ensure documents are processed accurately and efficiently.

Perform repetitive data/document processing tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications

High School Diploma
-
Previous experience in document control, data entry, office administration, records management, or clerical support preferred.

Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.

Ability to operate a scanner and manage electronic files.
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Ability to work independently and follow established procedures.
-
Good time-management skills and ability to meet daily document-processing requirements.
-
Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.

Good communication skills.
