Full job description

Mission Neko is redefining what prevention means, from treating illness when it arrives, to sustaining health before it's ever at risk. Our mission: make data-driven, preventative care accessible to more people, before symptoms appear.

In a single, non-invasive visit under an hour, proprietary technology and direct clinical care combine to deliver personalised, actionable insights. It's a team that thinks in 10x, not 10%. Every role here plays a part in building a world where prevention is the norm, and where your work genuinely helps people live longer, healthier lives.

Every clinical decision at Neko Health starts with a scan, and the quality of that scan depends on the operator performing it. As our Global Operator Education Lead, you will set the standard for how operators learn, get signed off, and become ready to work unsupervised in every market. About the role You will design the operator curriculum once, globally, define what competent looks like in observable terms, and hold accuracy sign-off on everything operators are taught. You will lead the market educators who deliver the program, and decide when someone is ready to scan members independently. The scope spans device and SOP training, clinical skills such as doppler, ECG and phlebotomy, lab and echo education, and clinic operator lead education, with AI as both a tool and a topic. What you will do

  • Design and own the global operator curriculum, from onboarding through to expert practice, with local adaptation only where regulation requires it.

  • Define the operator competency framework, assessment design and sign-off standard, so readiness is judged against criteria and not the calendar.

  • Ensure every new or updated device, SOP and workflow reaches every operator before go-live, with understanding verified.

  • Hold accuracy sign-off on every operator-facing asset before it is published.

  • Line manage the operator market educators and the launch trainer, holding one standard across very different markets.

  • Prepare clinic operator leads to run competency conversations and improvement plans, working with the Global Clinician Education Lead.

  • Use scan quality data, audit findings and assessment results to decide what the curriculum teaches next.

  • Teach operators to question AI output, and build AI-supported simulation and assessment.

Requirements

  • Active CMA, CCMA, or LPN. Other nationally accredited medical assistant or phlebotomy certifications are also accepted: RMA, NCMA, NRCMA, CPT

  • 5+ years of post-certification experience in a fast-paced, high-volume clinical setting.

  • 3+ years designing and delivering clinical or technical education end to end, including owning the curriculum, competency framework and outcome data.

  • 3+ years building competency-based assessment, where readiness is a judgement against criteria rather than a record of attendance.

  • 3+ years leading or coaching clinical educators or trainers, holding a consistent standard across more than one site.

  • 3+ years building training for devices, procedures or technical skills where technique affects output quality.

  • 3+ years using outcome data to improve a program, and at least 1 year using AI tools in your own work with a considered view on where human review is required.

  • Working style: warm, direct and curious. You build trust across cultures, surface problems early, and hold a high standard while staying close to the people doing the work.

Nice to have

  • Experience in health technology, digital health or a medical device environment where the product changes quickly.

  • Experience building education across more than one country, or scaling a training model into a new market.

  • Instructor status in a relevant clinical skill, such as basic life support, phlebotomy or ultrasound.

  • Familiarity with learning management systems and modern authoring tools, including simulation.
